Edinburgh Open Doors Day app for iPhone and iPad

Edinburgh Doors Open Day is an annual festival organised by the Cockburn Association that celebrates the city’s rich architectural and cultural heritage. This year’s event is on 22 and 23 September and breaks the record by having 121 venues open to public over the weekend.

Edinburgh is full of great buildings and works of art. By seeking out hidden treasures, both old and new, this year’s programme introduces visitors to some fascinating places and activities from a 15th century tower to modern architecture where ground-breaking scientific research is taking place and from the bowels of the Earth to the far reaches of the Universe.
